From the car park of the lake Mesches (1400 m), take the track leading to the mining of Valaura. Take a right at the beacon 85, pass between buildings, and continue in the direction of the mining Lake. Longer the orographic left bank of the Lake, then continue on a wide path following the course of the river. At the beacon, 382, the path on the right that bypasses a property before rising. The 383 tag, ignore the Valaurette trail on the right and continue almost to level to engage in the Valley of the mining where we are going to cross the stream by a wooden walkway. Continue on the other side before rising to lead the beacon 89a, on the old military road that you borrow right on about 150 meters. Leave it to the beacon 89 for the benefit of the marked trail that rises in the Valley of hell to lead again on the track to the tag 90. Follow this last for about 1 kilometer to reach the mountain hut (Refuge des Merveilles-2111 m).
From the mountain hut of Merveilles (2111 m), follow the track approximately 1 km until the tag 90. Leave it for the benefit of a marked trail that descends into the Valley of hell and opens again on the track at the beacon 89 level. Borrow it downhill on about 150 m up to the beacon 89. Leave the track to cross the stream by a wooden footbridge and engage in the mining Valley. The 383 tag, ignore left the path of Valaurette to continue in the direction of the Valaura mining we attain after having skirted the orographic left bank of the Lake. Move between the buildings and the track that descends to the road (b.84) and the car park of the lake of Mesches (1400 m).
WARNING to the danger of avalanches. Check with the hut manager. Map and compass or GPS, highly recommended. Description: From the parking lot of the lake Mesches (1400 m-b.82), take the wide path which rises on the right orographic Bank of the small valley of the mining and continues to level in the larch wood. A tag 87, left continue rising in a gentle slope. Pass over the small lake of the mining, and always on the right bank of the Valley, continue until a clearer area (b.89a, and 89). The beacon 89, leave on the left the trail and sinking West into the Valley to go up along the river. Reached on a broad ledge, turn West-South-West pass between the Lakes Saorgine and Long lower and then continue West to quickly reach the mountain hut (Refuge des Merveilles-2111 m)

Join the track at the beacon 89 and go straight ahead staying on the orographic right bank of the river. Pass over the little lake of Minière and take a right trail at the beacon 87. Go down the wide path till the parking lot of the lake of Mesches (1400 m-b.82)
